We deliver across all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

We process orders Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays or courier delays.
How delivery works
- You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.
- Our courier will call you on the phone number you provide to arrange delivery, so please make sure it is correct.
- If you choose Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready.
- If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be returned to us and we will contact you to rearrange.
Checking your order
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
